The website acdebernadac.com is operated by Académie de Bernadac (纪尧(上海)商务咨询有限公司), a company incorporated in China (“we”, “us”). We decide why and how your personal data is processed through this website.
For any question about this policy or your personal data, write to info@acdebernadac.com.

Please do not include sensitive information in your messages, such as health information, financial account details or identity document numbers.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or arrange a demo, and to record it in our customer relationship tool. For corporate contacts this is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries; for individuals, the steps you ask us to take before a contract. Where the law requires consent, you give it in the form.
- To send you news about our programmes, AdB-AI and events, only if you ticked the optional box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To measure how the website is used, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- To keep the website and forms secure and block spam.
- To comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for decisions made only by automated means.
4. Children
Enquiries about a person under 18 must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who confirms this in the form. We use such data only to answer the enquiry, never for marketing or advertising.
5. Who receives your data, and transfers abroad
Your data is used by the Académie de Bernadac team that handles your enquiry, in Shanghai, Paris or Singapore, and by the service providers that work for us under our instructions:
| Provider | What it does | Where |
|---|---|---|
| HubSpot, Inc. | Receives the forms, stores enquiries, sends our emails, cookie banner | European Union, with possible access from other countries |
| Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics) | Website analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies | United States and other countries |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Delivers the website and its anti-spam check | Global network, including the United States |
Your data may therefore be stored in or accessed from countries other than your own, including the European Union, the United States, mainland China, France and Singapore. We protect these transfers with contracts and the safeguards required by the law that applies to you. When you send a form from mainland China, you consent to the transfer of your data outside mainland China by ticking the required box.
We may also share data with professional advisers under a duty of confidentiality, or with authorities when the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: 24 months after our last contact with you.
- Email subscription: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics data: 14 months.
- Client data: for the duration of the relationship, then as long as accounting and contract law require.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, object to its use or ask for a copy in a common format. Write to info@acdebernadac.com; we will reply within the time limit set by the law that applies to you. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the PDPC in Singapore, the PCPD in Hong Kong, the Personal Data Protection Commissioner in Malaysia, the Cyberspace Administration of China, or the authority of your country in the European Union.
8. Cookies
Necessary cookies keep the site secure and remember your choice. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all, reject all or choose; rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
9. Changes
We may update this policy, for example when we add a new tool. The date at the top shows the latest version.
