Butler, concierge and luxury hospitality training
Hospitality, Butler, Concierge is Académie de Bernadac’s training programme for luxury hotels and private residences. It covers the full repertoire of butler, concierge and guest-experience craft, from service standards and table setting to garment care and complaint handling, taught on-site by trainers with five-star operational careers.
Your situation
Procedures cover the usual. Guests remember the unusual.
Your standard operating procedures are clear. The moments guests talk about afterwards are rarely in them.
Before opening
A team recruited in weeks, guests who expect the standard from the first night.
At arrival
A late, tired guest needs calm and speed, not the full welcome script.
In the suite
Butlers know the tasks. Anticipating the guest is what makes the service personal.
When it goes wrong
An important guest is unhappy, in public, and everyone is watching.

Questions
Butler and hospitality training: questions
Who is the hospitality and butler programme for?
Butlers, concierges, front office, guest relations and housekeeping teams of luxury hotels, serviced residences and private residences, as well as their supervisors.
Can you train a team before a hotel opening?
Yes. For a recent luxury hotel opening, Académie de Bernadac worked from the hotel’s procedures, completed them where delicate situations were not covered, and trained each audience separately before guests arrived.
Is the training based on our brand standards?
Always. The programme starts from your group’s standards and your hotel’s identity. A signature gesture or welcome ritual can be created for your property.
How long does it last?
From half a day to one week, depending on the audiences and objectives. Longer programmes lead to AdB certification recognised by AIPE.
